Hi Alexander.
Start to check that U5 actually is LM2930T-8 and not 2SC2166 or 2SC1969 =
that has the same look.
Then verify that it is mounted the right way with label facing forward =
against the front of RF-board.
The 8volt delivered by U5 is used by U3 and by U6.
Also pin 15 at P1 is 6volt output from regulator U6.
By the problem described my gess is bad solder U5 , wrong mount U5 or =
defectiv U5.
Do you have a multimeter? CHECK currentdrain and verify that U5 isn't =
heating up.
It should be could because the currentdrain should be very low.
Also check that defectiv U6 isn't dragging U5 low.
