[Elecraft] K2 Low Power Output

Further comments regarding my difficulty (see my post on 2 March). The
20 meter power on the external watt meter shows ten watts even though
the radio is set at 5 watts and the internal wattmeter shows 5 watts.
Very odd. Almost seems like a parasitic.
