There's a reverse polarity protection diode in the power circuit inside the
K2 (D10 on the RF Board schematic). 

You are seeing the normal forward voltage drop across this diode.

Of course, the rig was designed with this drop in mind, so 13.2 is a
perfectly "normal" operating voltage reported on the K2 display.

          The voltage readout on my K2 seems low!  I am using an Astron
RS-35M power supply and the voltage is set at 13.8 vdc. But the display
