[Elecraft] Voltage Readout

Gurus:
          I think I have a problem, but need some direction.

          The voltage readout on my K2 seems low!  I am using an Astron =
RS-35M power supply and the voltage is set at 13.8 vdc.  I get the same =
reading at the rear of J3 on the RF board (2.1 mm DC barrel connector)  =
But the display on the K3 reads 13.2 vdc with 0.24 a of current.  My DMM =
says the supply voltage is 13.8 and the current on receive is 234 ma. =
The current seems right, but shouldn't the display read out the supply =
voltage?

          What is going on here?
