[Elecraft] KAT100 "real" power rating

Hi Guys and Gals,

A reviewer on eHam.net made the comment about the KAT100 that it was "over-
built" and could "easily" handle more than the 150W power rating. Any 
opinions pro or con on that notion? It take it that it is stouter than an 
LDG 150W tuner in that reviewer's opinion.

I realize there is not a black and white answer, since there are variables 
such as high SWR situations, etc., but would it be reasonable to use the 
KAT100 with a non-Elecraft 200W rig into, say, an open feedline all-band 
dipole and not sweat it too much? Yes, *officially* the answer is no, but 
those of you who have built one, what's your assessment?
