[Elecraft] buttons don't work

I have finished my K2!....sort of.....the buttons don't work. At one =
time they were working perfectly and I had the rig flipped upside down =
checking various voltages, looking for another problem that has since =
been solved....and when I turned the K2 back over, the buttons were not =
working. I have resoldered everything in sight and it all seems to come =
down to U2 on the front panel board. Anybody have any ideas?
I'm at a loss. Thanks!
