The audio filter really works too :) (KAF2)

A friend of mine has lost the use of his K2 and is working with Gary to get it back on the air. He is using a transceiver constructed by one of the big three and sorely
misses the various filters which the K2 provides. While in a QSO with him this morning I switched my XFIL once and my AFIL twice to get him from beneath the QRM
and the QRN. I did not need the noise filter but it was nice to know it was only a button click away. I have the same transceiver as he and only use it for non-
essential communications. It's filters are poor at best and the receiver is quite noisy. So much so it is hard to listen to for any length of time. I leave the K2 on most
of the day and only notice it when I hear CW in the background.
