[Elecraft] Scan rate on K2

I'm new to the K2 world and to the list. I've been using the "scanning"
function on the radio and wondered if anyone knows of a way to slow down =
the
scan rate.  I think it might increase the possibility of picking up a
station who has made a short pause in their transmission.
