The best way to run the scan, at least for me, is to set the
manual tuning to its slowest rate.  Set the filter to its widest
setting.  This gives the best chance to catch a signal as the
receiver sweeps across it.

Hello,

I'm new to the K2 world and to the list. I've been using the "scanning"
function on the radio and wondered if anyone knows of a way to slow down the
scan rate.  I think it might increase the possibility of picking up a
station who has made a short pause in their transmission.
