[Elecraft] K2DSP troubleshooting advice

All,

Just to follow up, Lyle and I have exchanged a couple back channel
emails and is sounds like I may have a bum regulator.  I'll slide in a
replacement as soon I can get out to buy one.

Once again, this list shows itself to be a most amazing resource.
