[Elecraft] Thermistor Drift Correction

I am on good old page 47 lower right hand side of the page where the
thermistor board is to replace RP3.

Are the leads sticking out of this little board in all directions (I thought
per the build instructions) supposed to come down over the component side of
the board and plug into RP3's holes from left to right? I think this is
correct; but it seems a little shakey to me.
