[Elecraft] Announcement: new free program MorseTest

Among the good advice to be offered on this reflector, I have often seen it 
suggested that the best way to improve your CW skills is to get on the air 
during a contest.

With my new program MorseTest you can take part in your own contest 
whenever you have an hour to spare. The program is free, easy to use, and 
should work on any version of Windows from Windows 95 up, unlike all the 
existing alternatives I could find, which appear to access the sound card 
directly and therefore won't run under Windows XP.

In the couple of days since I wrote the program and have been testing it I 
have already noticed a dramatic improvement in my reading speed. I hope 
others will find the program equally useful.
