[Elecraft] No sidetone or spot..help

I built the KPA100 a couple of months ago, and everything was working fine
until I finally got the KAT100 built.... but had a bad controller chip.
Just got the new chip...installed it and spent 3 hours redoing the filters
and settings....But now I don't have a sidetone or spot any more.  Rig is
trasmitting fine.  Did change the ST L  to the U8-4 setting, but nothing.
Troubleshooting suggests the same thing.

Any ideas?  It worked fine before pulling the old controller chip.
