[Elecraft] ARS SP & Propagation Prediction

Folks,

Each time I run the ARS SP (first Monday of the month, see
http://www.natworld.com/ars/pages/spartan_sprints/ss_rules.html), I try
to do something different. In the past it was different radios, power
levels, antennas, locations...etc.

This time I'm test propagation predictions. The predictions were run
with ACE-HF, a new "HF System Simulation and Visualization" software
package I am working with/learning about. I put the details on a web
