[Elecraft] Counting turns on toroids

Greetings.

IIRC, the manuals state that you count the number of times the wire passes 
through the center of a core when counting turns. I believe it has also 
been mentioned (on this list if not in the manuals) that the pictures of 
the toroids are more examples and do not always reflect the exact number 
of turns called for in the instructions.
