[Elecraft] Counting turns on toroids

1 turn is defined as 1 pass through the center of the toroidal form.

Count the number of turns going through the center.

It's that simple!

starts the winding considered to be a turn? It seems to me the wire should
go all the way around to be considered a turn. So I only see 13 turns on
