[Elecraft] OT: manual & automatic tuners

To me, the big advantage of a manual tuner is its ability to take a
beating and not require hundreds of dollars of factory-level repair.
All internal tuners are relatively "tender" and just can't take the
high voltages and currents that sometimes prevail, especially in the
process of tuning a critical antenna system. This is not such a
critical matter at QRP power levels, of course. But even with 100
watts, improper tuning of some antenna systems can produce damaging
voltage and current levels in a tuner.
