[Elecraft] OT: manual & automatic tuners

Whilst in full agreement with the preceding comments Tim, I feel its
worth pointing out (as this may be the reason you ask) that the Elecraft
auto tuner seems to be able to match pretty much everything I hang off
the end of it as an excuse for an aerial :-) It has the added advantage
of 'memorizing' the settings so subsequent band changing is virtually
instantaneous.
