[Elecraft] Allignment and Test Part 1

Hi all,

My K2 #3211 has been going together without trouble so far.  I finally =
had the chance to apply power tonight!  Wow, it's finally starting to =
look like a radio even though it won't hear any signals at this point!  =
Anyway, the setting of the AGC voltage has come up slightly shy of the =
recommended voltage.  I can reach a max of 3.849.  Is this ok or do I =
need to have some swing above that?  Unfortunately, I don't remember the =
lowest voltage attainable but if needed I can retest it.  Any thoughts?
