Hi to All:



I have a vintage Astron RS-50A (circa 1982) 13.8vdc supply, without meters.
 I also do not have the schematic for this supply.  I have opened the case
and made an attempt to reverse-engineer the ps for the circuit details.  Problem
is that after 20 years, half of the values are no longer legible.



My request of the wonderful souls on the list is: 1.) A circuit diagram of
the unit if that is possible, and

2.) A diagram, w/parts list, of a simple metering circuit (E & I) that
could be incorporated into the cabinet or mounted outboard if necessary.



I seem to recall that the unit was capable of up to 50 amps of load under
some conditions.  I also seem to remember that Astron did make a metered
unit of the same E/I capabilities some time ago.  I have not checked to see
if they are still in business, I suppose I should do that first, but I have
already composed this email so I will send it and check while waiting for
any responses.



Since this is not related to the K1/K2 specifically, responses off-list seem
most appropriate.
