(this is rev C manual with errata sheet, spiral bound)

Laser printing of K2 manual: FREE + actual shipping
(This is also the Rev C manual plus options, printed on a laser printer.

K2 F/W upgrade to 2.02H & IOC ver 1.02: $20.00 (shipping included)
(This is the next to last F/W upgrade that has a lot of fixes and supports 
the KPA100 but does not support the KAT100.
