[Elecraft] KX1 ?problem

Unit: KX-1 #108 (ok, I've been out of town and I'm slow!)

Problem: page 42, Resistance check: "U4 all other pins >10K"

            I get 8.7K on pin 7

=20

This is CLOSE to being greater than 10K, but is definitely less.  Do I =
have
a problem, or should I proceed?  The problem with this particular =
problem is
I have no idea how to fix it! All the other pins and checks are correct. =
