No, Don, first thing I tried!

Cathode of D4 is very sensitive to it, touch that and we go end stop on the
S meter.   I've just cut a little board as a screen to cover the underside
of the board from the edge of the crystal filter to C23 (pin 2 bal mod) and
it has not made any difference, so to me that indicates it's on board.   I
next lifted L1 thinking that must be the path... no it isn't! still four
leds up!!



These are the last two problems, the other being lowish output power with
high current... still have not started on that one yet!
