I did exactly what Vic did in my filing of comments, and I encourage 
everyone to file some sort of comment of concern or opposition to this 
proposed technology. You don't need to be an expert to support the 
ARRL's concerns over the technology, but you ought to file comments 
so that you will be counted. 

Steve N1NB's recent firsthand report of the results of this technology 
make it pretty clear that this technology is a huge threat to HF.
