[Elecraft] k2 expansion kit

Ben,

I think that's a SUPER idea. One of the real headaches I've run into with
optional modules is having to remove the Control board (and the KAF2 or
KDSP2) in the process. The removal of covers and the heat sink ranks right
up there with the most un-fun parts of Elecraft building!

When the heat sink is removed, there is more than a little risk at screwing
up the power amp transistor mounting, developing a short, and spending time
and bux fixing broken stuff.

The obvious drawback is the manual and documentation re-writes to change to
adding the option parts up front.

I like the idea, anyway, but I don't write the manuals, or manage inventory,
etc. This idea may fall way to the bottom of the priority queue.
