[Elecraft] k2 expansion kit

For those who want to assemble a K2 but are not sure which accessories they 
would want to buy in the future, I would suggest that you offer a K2 
expansion kit.
This would consist of  parts that are necessary for the installation of 
various modules, such as the KAT2 and the I/O module which could be applied 
to the K2 at the time of basic construction.
This would minimize the necessity of removing the heat sink and making 
other alterations.
The kit would contain an instruction sheet showing what to do to the K2 at 
each relevant stage of construction (instructions similar to what are 
already contained with the module kits already, but are not available to 
the customer who did not yet purchase those modules.
