[Elecraft] RIT Knob asymmertry / calibration

Guys,

I noticed that my RIT has some small asymmetry - when the knob is =
centered - switching RIT on and off doesnt change the main frequency so =
i assume that its right on zero.
Then when i turn it right it goes to +62 (620 Hz) and turning it to the =
left will go down to -59 (-590 Hz)
The overall range of the RIT is not symmetric : if I am lets say on =
14,200.00  and switch the RIT on, by turning the knob it will go up to =
14,200.62 and in the other directon down to 14,199.41.
Its not a bid deal but I am curious is there a way to equalize it?
Any help will be appreciated!
