[Elecraft] update - K1 #1616 20m & 15m problems

Hello Elecrafters,
    I had the opportunity to connect my K1 to an oscilloscope today (with a
local expert - Tim).  When I removed the crystal for 17m I pulled the plating in
the holes out completely.  Because I could not get 20m working I had removed and
reinstalled it and lost those plates in the process as well. The trace from the
relay to the 15m crystal is on the bottom of the board and soldered fine without
the plating.  The ground side connects to the ground plane on the top of the
board.  Apparently the 15m crystal must have been touching the ground somewhere
and worked for a short amount of time.
    Tim soldered a wire from the ground side of C6 across the individual grounds
for the 15m and 20m crystals.  15m sprang to life.  20m still did not work.  He
froze the 20m crystal with component cooler.  On the scope we saw that 20m
worked but within moments the sine wave became a straight line.  My 20m crystal
is bad.
    15m needed a connection to ground.
    20m needs a new crystal.
