[Elecraft] RIT Knob asymmertry / calibration

I would have thought that this would have been well within the tolerance 
of the pot used for the RIT control, Andrey.  Mine is similar to yours, 
but I can live with it.

An obvious way to improve the symmetry would be to add a small resistor 
to one end of the pot.
