[Elecraft] Reading parts on the board

Ditto! Putting the parts in with the anticipation of reading them later sure
can save a lot of time, especially if a wrong one is inadvertently soldered
in. While I can't remember putting in a wrong part in a long time, it sure
is hard to trouble shoot if something goes wrong if you didn't put them in
to read... just ask me!

...Many of them go up against other parts that makes reading their
values after install hard if not impossible if they aren't oriented the
"right" way. I always look to see which way the value will be the
easiest to read, just in case I need to double-check later to be sure I
didn't install the wrong part.

It doesn't matter electrically, but experienced builders will make sure
all resistor and inductor codes can be read easily without having to
rotate the board 180 degrees per component.

(Ps: Don't pull and reinstall the components if you haven't done it this
way ....!)
