In general, for CW use, you'll want to set the DSP filter center frequencies
to the same as the center frequency of your IF filters.  This is probably
the same as your sidetone pitch.

Initially, I'd set the KDSP2 to match the rest of your K2 setup, then play
with it from there.  And it *IS* important to play with the settings and see
what works best for you.

For SSB use, it is a little easier, as you simply need to set the high-cut
and low-cut to match what you're most comfortable with.

And in any case, it is quick and easy to change these settings to deal with
band and signal conditions as those conditions change.
