[Elecraft] Erratic SWR Indication On KAT100

It appears that the KAT100 LED display might be erratic when the K2 is placed 
within a foot of my Astron VS-35M power supply.  I recently moved the K2 
forward on the bench and further away from the Astron, and I noticed the 
KAT100 LEDs are acting normally.  I have the latest chip (v.1.04) in the 
tuner.  I am also receiving reports of crisper audio as a bonus.  Thought I
