I run mine on 0. Is the clicking you hear on sidetone or transmitted signal.
Mine's clean as a whistle (that is a whistle with a 5 ms rise/fall time).

Hello All!
        I know there have been some previous posts on faster QSK switching
by
putting
a 1 meg ohm resistor across R17 on the Control board.  I have tried both a 1
meg & presently a 1.5 meg ohm resistor and can still only go as low as tr
004
without getting a clicking noise. If I set tr 003 a clicking is heard.
Wonder if anyone had been able to get down to tr 001 without clicking on
2.01
