[Elecraft] O-scope Question

Hi

Tek usually added a "A" to the model number when some improvement is made=
to the design. I would go for the one with the largest serial number bec=
ause it is the newest. Tek serial numbers start at B010001 where the B me=
ans it was manufactured in Beaverton OR and they are consecutive numbers.=
The CRT is the main concern and a higher serial number most likely would=
have fewer hours on the CRT. =20

Subject: [Elecraft] O-scope Question

I have available very inexpensively either a Tektronix 2235 or a
2235A model. Which one would I prefer and why? Both seem
to work fine. Both are government surplus. One has a calibration
sticker from August last year and the other from the year previous.
TIA. Geoff, K6TFZ
