[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1

Not sure if it applies but I fixed a grille cloth to my K2 using 3M spray
adhesive. I masked the inside top cover (to the size of the cloth), gave it
a spritz and applied the grille cloth to the cover. I then applied my
soldering iron thru the mounting holes to clear a path for the screws.
Works super!
