[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1

I lay the grill cloth on a flat surface, put 4 small dabs of glue on the
speaker gasket, place speaker on cloth and let dry.  I then trim the
cloth with razor blade, and mount as usual.
