[Elecraft] adding grille cloth to K2, K1, KBT1

I used the same method as Mike on my original K2 top except that I used a 
spray adhesive used for mounting photo paper.... Dry Mount I think it is 
called. I would think that any spray adhesive will work OK... high load 
carrying capability is not a factor. I also gave one side of the cloth a 
shot of the spray.
