[Elecraft] QRP version of KR5L's CW zero beat detector

I have been trying to collect the parts for the Sidetone Zerobeat
Detector circuit and I am having a problem finding the 10ufd and 22ufd
Tantalum Capacitors. The schematic indicates that they are
non-polarized. I can find polarized Tantalums but not non-polarized
Tantalums. What have the rest of you who have built the circuit used?
