I used standard electrolytic capacitors (polarized). The values you
refer to, 10 and 22 uF, are for the original KR5L circuit. In my low
power version they have been divided by about 8 and are 1 and 3.3 uF.
The values in either circuit are not that critical, especially not the
output filter value (22 or 3.3 uF).
