[Elecraft] KAT2 No Null

Hello Alan   ... I had a solder bridge on a relay under a torroid.  Gary
took care of it.  The tuner is excellent and I know you will really enjoy
it.  I operated with a W3EDP on vacation and did very well.  Iinital
misgivings regarding the wire were present  as I am used to the TH-6.
