Hello All,
 I have just finished build my K2 (SN 2827). It is an amazing kit. Never
seen anything that even comes close! I have the 100 watt amplifier kit and
will start on it today.
As far as the performance goes, it's the best I've used in years. I grew up
on the Collins R390 receiver while in the army in the early 60's. The K2
receiver is the only one I've ever used that reminds me of the R390.

There were no missing parts at all. In fact, I have a few extra parts now.

As far as the audio performance goes, it's fine. I run my RF gain at full
and audio is normally set at around 8 o'clock for comfortable listening.
