[Elecraft] K1 Power Out

What is the normal PO that can be expected with the K1 on internal battery
power ?  Mine seems a little anemic.

Did the bandspread change to get the coverage down to 70 kHz (original owner
had the 150 kHz spread) and seems like I lost power somehow in mix.  Had to
take 2 turns off the toroid to get the VFO in range when I changed the cap
to 68 pf.
Perhaps I damaged another component when I was in there....seems like I used
to get more power.

On 20 and 17 M with a 13.8V bench supply I can get about 4W, then I really
have to stretch to get 2.5W on the internal batteries.  13.8V power is
better on 40 and 30M - about 5W, but drops down to about 3W on the internal
batteries.

I've re-peaked the filter board a bunch of times and it is a little
critical, but believe it's properly tuned.
