[Elecraft] encoder not working!

Hi,
Got to the first tests on the k2. Everything working fine except the =
encoder.
The display shifts 1 digit up and down when turning knob. Xtal osc seems =
ok with freq counter on c21. Encoder does not move menu. Any tips?
