Last night I finished up the mechanical and electrical of the KPA 100.
Decide to wait until today, to do the electrical checkout and alignment.
Today did the checkout and alignment, went perfectly.  Everything went
together nicely, no problems and electrical checkout was good.
Started the KPA 100 on 22 Jul with sorting the parts, and finished up today
6 Oct.  Time to build including the VFO ALC mod and the 10 M BPF mod 40
hours.

This afternoon had my 1st couple of QSO's with the KPA 100, it works great
and got several nice reports on the audio.

Now looking forward to Christmas and the getting the Tuner for the KPA100.

Wayne and Eric you did it again.  Thanks for the excellent kit and excellent
directions and updates.
