Roger,
The K2 firmware is savvy enough to handle all possible combinations of KAT2,
KAT100, and KPA100. You don't have to do a thing. If there's a KAT2 and a KAT100
OR KPA100 in the system, the KAT2 is placed in "CALP" mode (essentially
bypassed), and its antenna 1 jack is selected. The ATU menu entry is then taken
over by the KAT100, as is the ANT1/2 switch.
Just connect the ANT1 jack on the KAT2 to the RF IN jack on the KAT100.
