[Elecraft] Sick KAT100

Gentlemen,

My KAT100 does not tune on 40 and 75/80 M.  It works great on 30 M and higher 
frequencies.

I have been back through all the inductor and solder quality checks, relay 
function checks and all, but I cannot figure out what the problem is.

My configuration:  The KAT100 and KPA100 are co-located in an EC-2, and are 
controlled by the K2 via the KIO2 and the the specified interface cable.  The 
EC-2 mounted KPA100 operated fine before adding the KAT100 using this 
interface, and still does.

I'm using an 80M G5RV antenna that tunes fine using the manual tuner.  The 
KAT100 will not tune will not tune that antenna, and will not tune a 50 ohm 
resistive dummy load on those frequencies.

Any suggestions?
