[Elecraft] An Elecraft VFO Knob With FT100 Knob Feel

I couldn't help putting my two cents worth in.  My own personal preference 
would be to have an Elecraft knob that feels just like the FT100 knob with an 
outboard dimple similar to the knobs you used to see on Collins equipment .  
I really don't like the heaviness nor the sharp circumference of the present 
knob.  It would also be nice to have a right side panel with a carrying 
handle option.  I have a TS850 carrying handle on my K2 and the strap is the 
exact same color as the K2.  It looks nice.  BTW, with careful placement of 
the handle, it works well and looks especially good with the KPA100
