Right linear loading by definition in antenna work uses stub elements to
replace traps.  Other loading methods of hanging wires, end cages, etc. are
form of "hat loading".   Some loading methods may use capacitance effects on
nearby earth or other conductor, but not actually benefit from useable
radiation from the "linear" section.  There is a definite capacitor formed
by two close parallel wires, but radiation fields cancel when the wires are
as close as small parallel feedlines.
