[Elecraft] Pout on 20

Hello all,
I am having a new problem with my K-2. Suddenly power out on 20 meters
is 3 watts, no mater where it is set. The reading on the K-2 says 0.1 to
15.2  watts when the knob is turned but my external power meter says 3
watts (or less)  no matter what. The other bands are fine.

I recently built and installed the K-2. I think it was working properly
after the K-2 was installed but I'm not absolutly sure. This is not a
big deal, but occasionally I like to go QRO all the way up to 5 watts
;-).

Any suggestions before I start digging???
