[Elecraft] kpa100 causing K2 to be low on TX freq?

That wasn't it.  I don't know what it is.  The K2 internal freq counter
shows 12100.01, my external freq counter shows 12100.0102, I've re-run CAL
PLL but when I'm TX on 3875.97 with the K2, the signal is actually at
3874.97.  I realize that this only a fraction off but, it would be nice if
we could get it closer to dead-on.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
